Anne Curtis says she rarely has time for a social life

Anne Curtis is happy that her new show, Showtime, is already earning high ratings even if it was just launched a week ago. The show is receiving a lot of good feedback and advertisers are lining up to support the show. “Super saya ako ngayon, yes, thank you talaga. Super happy kami sa results ng ratings and everything about the show. Lahat kami super happy talaga.” She believes that her team-up with co-hosts Vhong Navarro and Vice Ganda works since the two are natural comedians and she did not have a hard time adjusting to them. “Si Vhong naman kasi nakaka-workko ‘yan sa ASAP, iba lang kasi hindi siya variety show. And si Vice Ganda, this is not the first time we worked together. Sabi nga niya lahat ng regular show niya sa ABS-CBN ako ang nakakasama niya like ‘yungDyosa.”

Since Showtime airs Mondays to Saturdays, ABS-CBN.com asked Anne how she adjusts to the show’s demanding schedule. “Okay lang. It’s okay kasi masaya naman so ine-enjoy ko lang especially ‘yung mgaperformances ng mga contestants na masasaya at nakakaaliw talaga and at least marami akong nagagawa sa isang day.”

Anne also told ABS-CBN.com that she rarely has time for social life since she is also busy with online charity auction shopandshare.ph that she spearheads with Angel Locsin and their celebrity friends for the benefit of the victims of Ondoy and Pepeng. “Oo eto wala masyado social life pero okay lang, I’ve had my fair share of social life naman din dati. I was blessed to have that so eto naman (shopandshare.ph auction) this keeps me busy. For Showtime I try to sleep early din kasi everyday live kami. Naga-adjust pa ‘yun body koand voice so I try not to sleep so late. Kahit ‘pag nasa bahay lang ako, naga-adjust pa rin ako dahil siguro ‘yung body clock ko sanay na 4 am or 5 am nagta-taping pa rin kaya gising pa ko ng mga ganung oras, eh kailangan 8:30 or 9 am nasa ABS-CBN na ako eh galing pa akong south. But I still go out for dinner and sometimes meet up with my friends pero this time may curfew na ako sa self ko, I don’t stay out that latena talaga.”
